MyCIEDS is an abbreviation for the Support Document System for Import and Export, which serves as a support system for the Import and Export assessment process at the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM).

MyCIEDS functions as an intermediary facilitator for the delivery of supporting documents between JKDM officers and Delivery Agent/Direct User companies for each Borang Kastam that has been declared through the Sistem Maklumat Kastam. (SMK).

The group that MUST register for MyCIEDS is only the Delivery Agent/Direct User companies. Only the status of COMPANY DIRECTOR can be registered in SDSIE, and the name of the relevant director must match the SMK data and be verified by the Registrar of the Royal Malaysian Customs Department as the company’s account administrator.
